David Wood was among one of the most powerful of the event speakers this past weekend in Austin,

Texas.

 

The truth of the matter is he was just one of many event speakers that just totally killed it in Austin, Texas the weekend of January 18th, 2013. I have to admit more then once tears came to my eyes over the weekend.

It’s amazing how many break throughs were had in those three days.I personally discovered my own stumbling block when one of the very last event speakers got on stage. David Wood himself. My break through came about half way through video below.

So I guess I mine as well mention the event by name- Empower Networks Release Your Inner Bad Ass and it was awesome. The vision that David Wood and Dave Sharpe have is amazing. I know I sound like a fan boy, I just can’t help it. What they did was very exciting and kind of special in my opinion. They actually stepped back most the weekend let all the other event speakers have the lime light.

If you get the chance I’d highly recommend getting to a Empower Network Event even if your no in it. The amount of personal development I got this week end was through the roof. The vision from the Dave’s is to have multiple event speakers, speaking simultaneously at different locations around the world. To that end they are actually paying for their leadership to receive speaking training, get to the events, and all of their accommodations.

That is pretty unheard of in this industry. As a company they have decide the best way to have the best leadership is to cultivate it among those who step up and proven they deserve it.
